Sir Tupere Roland Bruno was named the Chairman of Lavie Energy Limited in May, 2012. He has over three decades of experience in legal practice and business administration, possessing vast knowledge in general practice, civil and criminal law and procedure, legal drafting and conveyance; contract administration, corporate policy propagation and control, Public Affairs Administration, Human Resource Development, Capacity Building, Training and consultancy.
He is currently a serving Director of Century Energy Services Limited, where he was the pioneer Managing Director at incorporation in 2008.
In the past, he has held senior executive positions (Executive Director Legal and Public Affairs) in Horchi Construction (Nig) Ltd and Gramen Petroserve Nig. Ltd. He has also held the roles of Corporate Consultant, Legal Adviser, General Counsel, Solicitor and Lecturer (Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State)

Henry is a lawyer and a licenced Chartered Accountant in two jurisdictions (United Kingdom and Nigeria). He is a top-notch business executive with core skills in Leadership, Forecasting, Investment, Administration, Banking, Financial Control, Audit and Law.
He is a fellow of the following prestigious institutions: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA- UK), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and The Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators, Nigeria (ICMC). Henry is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
Henry has successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvements within operations at the centre including key controllership projects by using inclusiveness and expertise leveraging models. He has close to three decades of work experience which spans across banking, audit, oil and gas, hospitality and law, in Nigeria and UK.
He is passionate about supporting indigent and less privileged students in secondary and tertiary institutions through the vehicle of Diamond Support Foundation (RC Number 154584).

Within the Oil and Gas space, Tochukwu achieved the focused delivery of the ANOH Pipeline Detailed Engineering Design and IDR (Independent Design Review), HAZOP, HAZID, and QRA Workshops. He successfully integrated Delivery & Remodelling of the Afam F5 Reservoir Development Project RMF and on plot piping. In April 2023, his team received the SCiN Safety and Environment Human Performance Team recognition for Participating in the SCiN Safety Leadership Family Units. ANOH Project, SPDC.

Dele is a distinguished Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and has worked for over three decades with major E&P companies such as Shell (11years) and Saudi Aramco (10years). He spent half of this period overseas.
As the company executive director, business development, Dele brings in his extensive and articulate knowledge of engineering project delivery and administration especially as it relates to Well Engineering.
Dele is currently MD/CEO of Geo-well KONSULTS Ltd, as well as CEO of DELFUN Group Inc based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. DELFUN currently provides Petroleum Engineering consultancy services to TOTAL E&P & Shell. He is also on the Board of Delta-Petroleum Service Company, Nigeria.
He has been a Drilling Superintendent for SEPLAT, Total. He worked as a Well Engineer, Technologist & Technical Adviser – Planning to both the Drilling GMs in Shell Petroleum Development Corporation (SPDC) and Saudi Aramco, developing well engineering annual business plans and monitoring their delivery. He anchored the commissioning of new Rigs for fresh projects (Deutag T-43 for Shell Agbada field and PD-787 for Saudi Aramco). He led the front end (well engineering aspects) of such as Field Development, Planning & Conception, Selection and Execution of large Niger Delta Fields namely, Batan, Opukushi, Otumara & Egwa fields. Dele has also led in several improvement and performance initiatives such as Shell’s Deliver the Limit (DTL) and Saudi Aramco’s Ultimate Delivery Curve (UDC).
He holds a master’s degree in engineering management in addition to a degree in petroleum engineering.

Theophilus is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Theophilus holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering and Gas Engineering (PGDPE), University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State and B.Eng., Mechanical Engineering, from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State.
He has about two decades of diverse Engineering, Construction, Procurement and Installation (EPCI) projects experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He has vast set of skills in management of Construction site activities, with proven ability to manage the interfaces with various stake holders, Operations, HSE, Security and Community affairs during project execution.

Chief Rowland Uzoma Jolly Duru began his career with SHELL Petroleum Development of (Nig) Ltd, Warri, Nigeria in 1979, where he worked till 1990 (11 years) rising to Head, Terminal Engineering.
He anchored the Design and construction of Forcados Terminal Tank Farm, Estuary, and all Offshore Production & Crude Oil Export Loading facilities construction and maintenance. While also in SPDC, he was in charge of Western Division Miscellaneous Infrastructure Design, Construction & Maintenance of Roads, Helicopter Landing Pads/Decks, and Location preparation and Sanitary Facilities Installation & maintenance.
Rowland joined the board of LAVIE ENERGY LTD in May 2012 as Technical Director responsible for the Engineering Planning & Design, Project Direction, Pre-qualifications/Projects Documentation, Projects Costing/Tendering, and Corporate Technical Support Services.
Rowland has over three decades of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Prior to joining Lavie, he was the Technical Manager of Vandrezzer Energy Service Ltd, Nigeria where he moved the company from sub-contractor to major contractor working for Shell Petroleum Development Company, (SPDC)Nigeria.
Rowland has developed, mentored and groomed several local/indigenous Oil and Gas companies into full EPCI capabilities. As the Technical Manager of Horchi Construction Nig Ltd, Nigeria, he won and executed $12.5M EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) contract for Bonny Crude Loading Platform De-manning for SPDC, Nigeria.

Ese holds an MSc from the London South Bank University, London and a B.Eng., Electrical/Electronics Engineering, from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State.
She has worked in banking and other financial services, hospitality, retail and education, in Nigeria and the UK. She is currently the Executive Director, Operations, Diamond Hotels Limited, Owerri. She also volunteers with a Non-Profit Organisation, mentoring children and teenagers.
